Mercadeo.
To implement crop and product short term strategy in the assigned territory, ensuring excellence on the implementation according to the customer plan tactic.
Support the definition of the value proposition through field work with the growers and the channel.
Provide the sales team and commercial partners with the information needed to execute the marketing plan.
Train internal and external (distributors / dealers) sales force on our portfolio value proposition and sales arguments.
Lead grower interaction to coordinate field test, demos and other face to face activities Identify business opportunities to increase the business sales and profitability and bring on time feedback for the definition of the customer strategy.
Implement the promo activities y alignment with the sales team and the commercial partners.
Actively participate in the sales review meeting to ensure the follow-up and execution of the customer planning activities, or any needed changes in order to achieve sales targets.
Responsible of follow up and payments of the loyalty programs, according to the conditions offered in the customer plan.
Identify, select, collect data and fill Bayer database system, to build an action plan using CRM tools Implement the new products pre-launch and launch activities.
University degree, in Agronomy, Marketing or related areas.
Solid background in marketing and/or sales.
Good understanding of marketing concepts.
Experience in customer focused agribusinesses and assigned crops (desirable).
Good understanding of local agrochemical market (desirable).
Solid technical knowledge in agrochemical in the assigned crops (desirable).
Experience in the regional market and crops.
Be pragmatic, with didactic for training people.
Well-developed social, communication and persuasive skills.
Strategic thinking, with a strong focus on customer needs and results.
Visionary.
Agile.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations.
Ability to focus, prioritize and organize.
Good track turning ideas into reality.
